Our machine shop specialises in precision mechanical milling work. Thanks to the use of the latest high-tech machinery, we are able to carry out CNC milling work of all kinds.
What sets us apart is the expertise of our qualified staff and the use of sophisticated CAD-CAM programming software, which allows us to carefully analyse the complexity of mechanical parts to determine the type of CNC milling to be performed, reducing machine set-up times and ensuring an excellent finish.
The management of 4- or 5-axis continuous CNC milling is one of our strengths, resulting in a significant compression of machining times, reduction of production costs while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
TURNING

Turning work is one of our strengths and we offer our professionalism and specialisation in the production of single and small batch parts. For turning work and the production of turned mechanical parts, we make use of the latest technology and the most advanced and professional precision turning machines, which allows us to range between different types such as internal and external longitudinal turning and profile turning.
All turning operations are carried out by our highly qualified staff, who are able to guarantee an excellent result at all stages of processing and in full compliance with customer requirements.
PRECISION GRINDING

Precision grinding is a fundamental procedure for precision machining. With fine-grit grinding machines, it is possible to bring any component to the optimum design shape or surface, removing any residue or excess material to ensure a high degree of finish to the machined surfaces.
At our workshop, the precision grinding department is equipped with machines for machining with vertical feed and magnetic platen, complemented by a series of measuring instruments that guarantee strict parameters of tolerances and finishes required for precision grinding.

Our precision mechanical workshop, DS Meccanica, has always pursued quality control as a primary strategic objective in the production of every single component produced.
In order to guarantee our high quality standards, we are proud to have a fully air-conditioned metrology room, where we carry out a punctual inspection of the manufactured parts and test the delivery. In this way, we assure our customers of the highest reliability and quality of our mechanical components.
